Those piercing blue eyes, the chocolate mousse on the face, glasses falling off. But what most people don't know is that the "look" I've become famous for is actually the product of a long process of make up and airbrushing. And the "before" photo might astonish you...

That's right. It's incredible what a little make up and photoshopping can do. Some of you might be asking, why reveal this to us NOW? I'll tell you why... because it's time we wake up. And start to become concious of the unfair body image requirements we're imposing on our youths. NO ONE can look as good as I do in the top picture "naturally", it takes a team of people to achieve it, and if we don't let our children know that, then we will be perpetuating the endless cycle of depression and low self esteem. #truth
